Refund policy

We are absolutely certain you will love our products and head back to us many times to purchase for family and friends. In the event that something hasn't been quite right, than feel free to contact us and we can sort out the best option for you.

All orders of 4 or more soaps are sent out in cardboard boxes via NZ Post. We believe that the boxes are the best way to mail soaps, as the box offers great protection in itself, and combined with wood wool padding we end up with a super strong and tough parcel.
For smaller purchased of 1 to 3 soaps we paper bag the products than post in a small plastic satchel.
